What is your minimum order?
Our minimum initial order charge is $300. Please contact us with more details if you are interested in finding out more.
Can you match my sample?
No problem! Send us a sample of the label you need us to match and we will figure out a like-type material and adhesive. We can even assist in recreating the artwork files if you do not have those available.
How much are printing plates?
If plates are required a one-time charge between $50-75 per plate is required. If you are looking at variable data, multiple copies, or a shorter run (< 5,000), ask us about our digital printing capabilities.
What label sizes and shapes are available?
Every size and every shape! We have the capabilities to customize every label to meet your specific requirements. Being in business for 30 years has afforded Prime Label with quite an accumulation of various die sizes.
What are artwork requirements?
The preferred file format is Adobe Illustrator, editable PDF or Encapsulated Postscript (EPS). Please save your files with CMYK or spot PMS colors at 300 pdi resolution. All copy in your artwork must be outlined, or PC compatible fonts need to be submitted with your files. Please provide any linked files separate from the art file. If you do not have artwork on hand our graphic artist is happy to assist you in creating custom artwork.
How do I know what rewind direction I should request?
For hand application, this is not as important. If you are applying your labels with a machine application, the rewind direction is required as part of the order.
Please see the diagram here to determine rewind direction.
